Poster Contest
Open to ages 5-14. 11 x 17 Poster must reflect the theme of Keep Christ in Christmas. Poster due by December 3. Turn into Mrs. Melissa at Youth Group or to the Church Office. Click here for entry form and rules.

Essay Contest
Open to students in grades 8-12. Due by Dec. 3. Each Essay must be typed and contain 500-750 words. The topic is: What Obstacles Have You Had to Overcome to Authentically Live a Life of Faith. Click here for entry form and rules.

Free throw Contest

Catholic Youth Leadership Program for High School Seniors

Scholarship Program
ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS
As in years’ past, the St. Patrick Knights of Columbus will be presenting awards to local high school seniors who have shown leadership in their school careers. This event is part of the nationwide Catholic Youth Leadership Awards Program.
Applicants can be students from any Baton Rouge Area school (public, Catholic, Charter, private or home schooled). The only qualification is that they be a Catholic and be willing to complete a questionnaire outlining their activities in leadership and public service to the community.
The KCs will be giving a scholarship award (money) to the winning boy and girl chosen from the entrants. Award winners are chosen at the Diocesan and Statewide levels as well. If our winners progress to the state level, the scholarship awards can total more than $5,000.00. Each of our winners will be invited to the Council’s Annual Awards Banquet to be held in the Spring where the awards will be presented. Please take advantage of this worthwhile opportunity.
