TO PROVIDE FELLOWSHIP, HOSPITALITY, AND SOCIAL SUPPORT
RECEPTIONS AND SOCIALS COMMITTEE
Prepares for parish-wide social events as well as other functions. Volunteers help with food preparation, serving, and cleaning. Sometimes this committee is called upon to help with socials for other committees. Involves 4-5 hours, 2 or 3 times a year. CONTACT: Mary Godeaux at 938-4523.
COFFEE AND DONUTS COMMITTEE
Hosts monthly coffee and donut gatherings. Consists of set-up and clean-up with teams of 4-6 people on each team. Set up before the 9:30 a.m. Masses; clean up after the 9:30 a.m. Mass. Open to adults and youth 15 and older. Involves two hours on the last Sunday of the month with the schedule rotating to one turn every 4-5 months. CONTACT: Julio & Sabrina Peck at 751-0258.
Welcoming is a ministry of hospitality to new parishioners. The ministry involves calling new parishioners and welcoming them to St. Patrick as well as answering any questions or concerns. CONTACT: Joyce McGraw at 939-2478.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, COUNCIL 8601
A national, Catholic, fraternal organization dedicated to promoting the virtues of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism. St. Patrick's Council 8601 meets once a month in the Parish Family Center. Activities include monthly business meetings/dinners, family/social meetings, and service projects. Open to practicing Catholic men age l8 and older. CONTACT: Kevin Heltz at 747-3495.
Assists the Knights of Columbus 8601 Council in promoting fellowship through religious and social activities. The Auxiliary meets once a month and membership is open to all females, Catholic or non-Catholic, 18 or older. CONTACT: Amy Lawler at 288-3055 or Renee Lindsey at 978-0128.
This group provides opportunities for parishioners 55 years and older to get together for fun and fellowship several times a year. CONTACT: Sandra Colomb at 753-5750 or 921-3397.
